Vanilla rolls Ingredients 200g butter 250g flour 70g caster sugar 20g vanilla sugar 100g ground walnuts Directions Combine all of the ingredients into a dough and let it rest in the fridge for a while. Afterwards take this dough out of the fridge and form one-piece roll. Cut it into equal pieces (of about 2 cm) in order to form the rolls. Then place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 150°C (gas mark 2) and bake the rolls until they get golden brown. Immediately after baking the vanilla rolls, carefully wrap them in sugar (the warm ones are tender).
